We’re adding a text message to our Welcome to Empire email campaign that encourages new members to use our digital tools. A text message gives us an additional way to reach new members who’ve signed up to receive them.
We send the first email within 10 days of their effective date. It lets members know how to access their digital ID cards online and includes a direct link. We’ll send a text with a similar message but directing them to Sydney Health app if recipients don’t visit the link within three days.
We send the second email message a week after the first one. It tells new members what Sydney Health can do and how to take advantage of online benefits. The third email encourages members to stay in their plan's network for doctors, labs and healthcare facilities. It also highlights alternatives to emergency rooms.
