Outpatient infusion therapy provider Novella Infusion has joined our provider network in Maine.
Our data shows that infusions delivered in a hospital are often two to three times more expensive than infusions done at an independent infusion center.
Novella Infusion offers infusion and injection therapy (medication delivered through an IV) for a range of chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, and eczema. They recently opened locations in Lewiston and Portland, and are opening a location in Augusta in March.
They offer amenities such as flexible infusion times, convenient parking, and comfortable infusion chairs all in a personal outpatient setting. Novella’s experienced care team supports patients throughout the infusion process and care is provided by on-site nurse practitioners.
