We are re-issuing ID cards to Fully Insured Large Group members who were previously issued a new card in 2022. The cards ensure compliance with updated New Hampshire state regulations by listing the medical deductible, copays, and out-of-pocket maximum directly on the card.
No other information on the card has changed, but members should replace their existing ID card with the new card. All new cards issued from April forward will have this new information. The updated regulations are aligned with the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) and the Transparency in Coverage (TIC) rule.
Visit our CAA/Transparency Resource Center for current information on CAA and TIC regulations.
