During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, nearly all Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Expansion members were able to stay enrolled in their current health coverage regardless of their eligibility. A new law signed in December 2022 allows states to begin removing ineligible members from their Medicaid programs as early as April 1, 2023. As a result, millions of people may soon lose their Medicaid coverage.
Join us February 15 for our next Ask the Expert webinar where Gina Boscarino, Director of Public Policy, will share how this impacts the healthcare landscape, the latest details of the law, and how we’ll partner with you to help millions of affected people stay protected and covered. We’ll make sure your questions are answered.
