As follow up to our January notice “Changes to 2023 CAA RxDC reporting for self-funded groups,” this week we are letting self-funded groups know we’re now offering to submit Data Sheet (D1) reporting on their behalf for the 2022 reporting year only.*
Self-funded groups that want us to submit their 2022 D1 reports will need to complete this form with all required information no later than March 24, 2023. Their client management teams can help answer questions about submitting the D1 reporting request form to us.
Here is a copy of the notice we’re sending these employers.
Note: Anthem is not validating any employer submitted data for accuracy. In addition, Anthem will not accept data from third party vendors (e.g., Stop Loss vendor), thus groups or their vendors will be responsible for submitting the appropriate reporting to CMS for these vendors, if applicable.
* This is an ASO exception only. JAA groups continue to remain responsible for their own filing.
